Sadie is a Partner and Head of Family and Divorce at Blaser Mills, with more than 20 years’ experience advising clients on complex family law matters. She is known for her meticulous preparation, clear communication and ability to make technically difficult issues accessible, while combining strategic rigour with genuine empathy.
Sadie advises on some of the most complex and emotionally challenging cases, often involving high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, complex business and income structures, and intractable private children disputes. She is particularly recognised for her expertise in complex financial remedy proceedings and private children law, with legal directory testimonials describing her as a “titan” with “excellent judgment and instincts”.
Alongside her litigation practice, Sadie is a qualified mediator with a growing mediation practice and is committed to non-court dispute resolution. She is Co-Chair of the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire Resolution Committee and a member of the Working Group for Pets on Divorce and Separation, which was highly commended at the Family Law Awards 2025.

Sadie is a published author, with her book A Practical Guide to Short Marriages for Family Lawyers first released in June 2022. The second edition, co-authored with Philip Perrins and Beth Hibbert, was published in April 2025. Her next book, A Practical Guide to Pets in Divorce for Family Lawyers is due to be published in February 2026.
