I had three terribly difficult cases that most solicitors could not help me with. 48 speeding tickets and being accused of naming a fake driver and failing to provide details.

Joanne Edwards and her team were simply brilliant throughout our recent property (sale and purchase) transaction.
It is often said that you will need to continuously chase a conveyancer to push a house sale/purchase along, but the exact opposite was true for Joanne at Blaser Mills. She was clear from the outset with regards her fees, was incredibly communicative throughout and most crucially was pro-active - at one stage the transaction on our sale slowed (for reasons unknown) but Joanne was quick to push the agents for updates and provide us with advice when something didn't seem right. My wife and I were working to our own personal deadline, as the due date for our second child is the 20th October... the transaction completed on 26th September and I am 100% convinced we wouldn't have met our deadline had it not been for Joanne.
I shall be recommending Joanne and Blaser Mills to anyone that needs a conveyancer.

Attention...Shame we can't give less than 1. Absolutely useless, horrendous and depressing experience with Amy Bailey... stay away from her, she will make you lose and damage your property forever and could not care less, we needed to update a deed, it was a dispute issue with the neighbours regarding a boundary matter, neighbours refused to pay the solicitor fees to update the deed in order to registry with the Land Registry, we agreed to pay on our own to resolve the matters, she was working on be half of us but very sadly what ever other party lawyers instructing she was working in favours of them and even state in the email she thought the other party's argument was right, and Amy Bailey refused to liaise with our legal protection litigation lawyers but she was instructing us to arrange a call from her own Law firm, she deliberately updated the deed incorrectly and sent to the incomplete deed to the other party lawyers for approval without our consent. In the contracts with the Blaser Mills Law, we had the solicitors that will liaise with other party etc but she did not after one time, she has quoted to update the deed, she will take 2-3 hours and her hourly rate £275 plus vat but she charged us for 6 hours only to update the deed and we lost our right of way for some parts of the neighbours land which we have had since the 1949 deed, no communication and emails ignored for months, definitely would not recommend and we wish she will go through with the same sort of suffering in her own future. Shame for such a well known firm with a good record that not all the solicitors are conscientious or hardworking.
