The wellbeing of our people is one of our utmost priorities. We check in weekly with our colleagues to measure workplace happiness. We actively encourage feedback to ensure that we can identify what can be root causes of poor wellbeing and ensure that we’re doing the right things to create a positive experience at work each day.

Our dedicated Wellness at Work Group also drives positive change to enhance the wellbeing of our people. Some of their successful initiatives include enhancing parental leave, providing an extra day off for every colleague and the implementation of strolling meetings. The Group raise awareness of wellbeing issues and provide support and training, as well as occasional treats including desk meditation and massages.

“I often hear leaders stating that their employees are their greatest asset. However, only 36% of managers currently utilise data to evaluate the wellbeing of their employees*. I am proud to say that we have implemented data-driven initiatives for assessing and improving employee health and wellbeing, and will continue to make changes to prioritise wellbeing and allow all individuals to thrive.”
