Inclusion is at the heart of responsible business. We’ve established our own employee-led Inclusion Charter for which we hold in-person training. This helps us to continuously actively develop our policies and procedures. We raise awareness of inclusion issues with in-person learning, quizzes, story sharing and themed lunches, inviting our colleagues to be open minded, curious and interested. And importantly, our leaders are trained to inspire and encourage their teams with empathy, transparency, and warmth.

“As a female from an ethnic minority background, it was important to me to consider diversity and inclusion when deciding on my future career. Upfront I was very impressed by the published diversity, inclusion and social mobility data. I was reassured to see the effort and enthusiasm poured into raising awareness and fundraising to support a multitude of causes and the general encouragement for all to prioritise well-being.”
