Probate services
Our solicitors provide clients with caring and compassionate advice to help ease legal matters that follow the death of a loved one.
If they have left a Will, their named executor will be responsible for dealing with the administration. This will involve the estate being passed on in accordance with the deceased’s wishes.
This can feel overwhelming and complex for anyone to manage and our team is highly skilled in sensitively supporting people through the process.
If they did not leave a Will, a family member must apply to be appointed as an administrator.
Our probate team is here to support you, whether there is a Will or not with respect and care.
