As Head of Risk and Compliance, Alicia leads Blaser Mills efforts to ensure robust governance, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management across all departments. Alicia works closely with leadership and management teams’ firm-wide to promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability, ensuring that Blaser Mills not only meets but aims to exceed industry standards.
Part of her role within Blaser Mills is to ensure the firms compliance with its various accreditation’s including ISO9001. This accreditation is internationally recognised for quality management, giving us both an ethical and regulatory qualification.
Alicia is also the first point of contact for clients who may wish to complain or discuss any aspect of the service they have received from the firm, ensuring that their complaint is heard and dealt with in accordance with the firms’ complaints procedure.
